Approximate Time:
10:00 – 16:30, with a 45-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks.

Delivery Method:
Online — a link will be provided a week before the start of the course.

Requirements:
Upon booking, you will receive full details on what to bring and any other preparations needed to make the most of the day.

Bookings

• All course bookings must be made online.

• After submitting payment, your booking is not automatically confirmed.

• We will check availability for your requested course and date, and send a confirmation email once your booking is officially confirmed.

• Please ensure all details, including course selection and your contact information, are correct when booking.
   

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date.

• 50% refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course start date.

• No refund: Cancellations made 6 days or less before the course start date.

• To cancel, please contact us via email.
   

Rescheduling Policy

• Courses may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start date, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made by contacting us directly.

• Availability for rescheduled dates is not guaranteed, so early requests are recommended.
   

Waitlist Policy

• If a course is fully booked, you may join the waitlist through our booking system.

• Waitlisted clients will be notified if a space becomes available.

• Spaces are offered in the order requests were received. Confirmation must be made promptly to secure your place.
